Navigating the main screen

On the left menu from the main screen you have six main sections you can visit. 

• Dashboard
• Forms
• Responses
• Profiles
• Team
• Settings

We won't cover Profiles or Team because they don't apply to you if you're just wanting to quickly create and share a form. 

In the bottom left corner you also have a sun icon that lets you toggle between light and dark mode and access to the full Deftform Help Center. 

Dashboard

The dashboard is where you can see how many forms, responses to your forms, and visits to your forms you've received. You'll get a quick look in data form, chart form, and see a list of responses. 

Forms

The forms section is where you'll go to create or edit a form. From here, you can also see how many visits and responses you've received from each form individually. 

You can also duplicate a form, copy the public link to a form for sharing with others, or get the embed code to drop the form into some website (which you will probably never use). 

Responses

The responses section is where you'll go to see responses to all forms. 

Settings

The settings section is where you can configure notifications, custom styles for buttons, and more. You'll never use these options as it will be done for you — so don't change anything here!
